Coastal Bend Inspections is a professional home inspection firm based in Rockport, Texas, serving the Coastal Bend areas of Aransas Pass, Corpus Christi, Fulton, Gregory,
Ingleside, Port Aransas, Padre, Portland, Robstown, and Rockport. In the Victoria region we serve Austwell, Port Lavaca, Point Comfort, Seadrift and Tivoli.

others. Our inspection reports may point out the positive aspects of a home as well as repair needs observed. After our inspection, we believe you will have a much clearer understanding of the property you are about to purchase or sell and will be able to make better decisions.
Our Services
Our inspections average about 4 hours with larger homes taking longer. We take our time, all the time we need, to meet our quality standards and provide our clients with the information they need to assist them in their real estate transactions.
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) sets standards of practices and the reporting format for all home inspectors in Texas. At Coastal Bend Inspections, we comply with, and exceed, the TREC standards. To help us deliver quality service and a work product that meets our high standards, we utilize detailed home inspection checklists as part of our quality control process. These lists are based on the Texas standards of practice, which include: structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances and optional systems.
We provide our clients with a detailed report (within 24 hours), including digital photographs. Our reports are provided to you electronically via e-mail in PDF format, which allows you quick access to your report including the color photos. We can also fax you your report.

Our Fees
Our fees are based on square footage, foundation type, age of the home, and systems that need to be inspected. We quote each inspection individually and welcome your inquiries. An inspection of a home with 1 HVAC central unit and 1 water heater & up to
1800 square feet, would likely quote at our minimum fee of
$295.*
Of all of the costs associated with buying or selling a home, a professional inspection is very reasonable. In fact, the inspector usually finds repair items that more than exceed the inspection fee. In the overall real estate transaction, the professional inspection component is a minor cost.
Remember, repair needs not identified and addressed before a real estate transaction closes are the buyer’s
costs.
